Let’s do some funny business downtown!
Established in August of 2013, The Annual Burbank Comedy Festival gathers together the best up-and-coming comedy talent from around the world, along with top Hollywood comedy industry professionals, to do some “funny business” at Flappers Comedy Club and Restaurant and at multiple venues throughout Downtown Burbank. Past celebrity headliners have included Jay Leno, Jeff Garlin, Christina P, Tom Segura, Adam Carolla, Phil Rosenthal, and more! A variety of rising comedy stars showcased in previous years on their way to carving a name for themselves in the industry, including JR De Guzman, Taylor Tomlinson, Drew Lynch, Samuel J. Comroe, George K. Burns, Ryan Kelly, Ashley Gavin, Tony Baker, and many yet to come.
Highlights of the 2025 Festival:
*Festival Grand Opening with Jay Leno (The Tonight Show, Jay Leno’s Garage)
*Performances, Parties, and Classes spread across multiple venues in Downtown Burbank including The Hilton Garden Inn, Story Tavern, Barney’s Beanery and Kalaveras.
